Ive been using custom orthotics from Universal Pedorthic Services for several years now. Ulysees is very kind man and does very good work. However the issue I have is he takes entirely way too long and tends to forgets to address certain issues immediately when theres a problem with the orthotic. The beginning of this year I began experiencing foot throbbing pain around the heal area after walking 5 miles using my orthotics. I have a set of 3 orthotics that I rotate and recondition on a regular basis. I did some research it appears that I may have plantar fasciitis or a heal spur. I brought this to Ulysees attention and he recommend that I make a new mold. I was reluctant at first to make a new set since theyre very expensive to make. However I put my trust that Ulysses is giving me good advice so I decided to make a new pair. I mailed out the mold and it was delivered between January 20-23rd. I followed up with Ulysees a week after on January 31st and he confirmed that he had received them. He said he would work on them the following day and the orthotics would be mailed out first class mail. The following Monday (February 7th) I called Ulysees to follow up. He said he would call me back instead I received a call from his worker that the orthotics were in already in route. I called back this morning (February 14th) only to discover that he had yet to make my orthotics. I asked Ulysees to cancel my order because it was way over due and could not wait any longer. As a small business owner, I understand that businesses can get backed up but you have to be honest with your customer instead providing false expectations. I wish UPS the best but I can no longer due business to their lack of responsiveness.

I had suffered from plantar fasciities for a long time. I tried shoe inserts and expensive shoes made for the problem but never found relief. I recently purchased a pair of custom made shoe inner soles from Universal Pedorthic Services and could not be happier!

Ulysses was great taking care of me. He was very professional and took his time making sure that the moulds were done properly. Also, he noticed that the shoes that I was wearing at the time picking up the orthotics were insufficient. Unfortunately, due to my severe high arched feet, the orthotics don't help much. Nothing against Ulysses, it is just that my feet are that deformed.

I had a 3/4" lift done on a work shoe to correct my leg length discrepancy last year. I've used the shoes 5 days a week for the last year and the modified shoe is still holding up as well as the day I got it. I am very pleased and am about to send an athletic shoe in for the same procedure.

I need a 1 & 1/8" build up on one shoe from trauma in the Navy. It's hard to get the VA to actually do it (or anything), so I usually just have it done by someone else. This is the first time I've tried this place and I'm really glad I found them. The work was the best I've ever had done and the price was less than I had been paying, even with shipping. Thank you Mr. Gammage for your great work!
