        Everyone from the front desk to the doctor is fantastic! They are so friendly, professional, supportive and always willing to answer all of your questions. I highly recommend them to anyone.

        Dr. Klatte is as good as it gets with respect to niceness and not upselling. Unfortunately his staff has been less than nice to our kids during appointments and they are not very easy to schedule appointments with.

        Started out as a positive experience even though the service is extremely expensive. However, towards the end of my son's treatment, had to dish out almost $400 for replacement retainers because the ones they provide are flimsy and prone to breaking. Not worth the expense. Stick to traditional braces.
