Would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. Dr. Chou essentially dismissed my pain and disability as mere psychological constructs due to her apparent lack of expertise in providing an accurate diagnosis. Furthermore, her demeanor was not only offensive but also displayed rudeness.

I had two visits with this practitioner. The first visit I went in for a bump on the roof of my mouth, which she told me was a bony growth laughed in my face about potentially biopsying it, and made fun of my cross bite with her coworker. Second time I visited I was asked to come in early and she still didn't see me until my original appt time. I had a lump in my salivary gland. She made fun of me for my concerns of a lump that doesn't belong there despite the fact that I'm a cancer survivor and have lupus and I'm extremely immunocompromised. She literally laughed in my face while sarcastically offering to scan my whole body. She talked about cutting me open and bleeding me out and was inappropriate and most every way. Fast forward 8 months from my original appt, the lump on the roof of my mouth and the clogged salivary gland are because I had an abscess tooth and needed a root canal. Because I wasn't believed the infection spread to my lymph nodes and almost went sepsis.
