        Been going to this optometrist for years, no real issues, but usually they would allow me to put down partial payment for my contacts and just pay the rest when I pick them up...not this year, got some sob story about customers supposedly placing orders and never picking them up, forcing the company to eat the cost of the lenses. Well, if I've been giving you my business since my parents first took me at the age of six, how is that MY problem? Why am I being punished for something that I have NEVER done?? And the main reason I needed to postpone payment is because I am moving on 4/1, and money is tight. I mean, make the "rules," if you're going to make them up, case-specific.
