        Called ahead for a pedicure, and they said to come in in a half hour. Once I got there they said I didnt have an appointment and couldnt take me at that time (walk ins are subject to change.) Why tell me to come in at a specific time then? Thanks for wasting an hour of my Sunday.

        I had an excellent first experience and will definitely be returning. It was so clean, the girls were friendly, and they had exceptional attention to detail. Cant wait to try more of their services

        I had an appointment with Clarissa, the owner, for a mani/pedi right before a vacation to Puerto Rico. She KILLED it with my gel nails, which are still looking good 3 weeks later. DO NOT sleep on this place

      Hello Alyssa We apologize for this inconvenience as you know we do accept walk-ins. We did offer you another time slot for you to make and appointment with us because of the sudden scheduling changes.When you called us you said that you wanted to do a walk in. (walk in is not an appointment) when you made the call our schedule was opened for you to walk in and get your service done. Calling to say you will walk in isn’t an appointment. An appointment secures your spot. Walk-ins are welcomed and will be accepted If possible in this case people made appointments after you called, We recommend next time making an appointment and securing your spot.
