Absolutely horrible horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! They butchered my nails and refused to accept what they did when I told them Ive been in pain for 4 days and probably going to continue being in pain for weeks. My nails are definitely not going to heal until the next month. They were extremely defensive when I went back and complained. I would literally pay you to not go to this place. Absolutely no accountability.

My first experience was great due to Mila. Shes very kind and did my brows very well. Today I came to get a new set, because it hasnt been a week and my dip powder is already badly chipped. The lady was beyond rude, blaming the issue on me instead of taking accountability for the horrible job she did. She also pouted around the salon, gossiping about me because I didnt want her to do my new set. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning.

(3.75 stars) The technicians were very kind and did a great job with whatever was requested. The prices are a bit high for regular pedicures but worthwhile for occasional use.

Helen has a deft hand and helped make the entire experience painless. Manicure/pedi, and a back wax for this Mexiwegian was made lovely. The gals are personable, skilled, and accept walk-ins! Definitely enjoy the shiatsu massage chairs while getting the toes worked on They give cash discounts

Went for a pedicure as it was close to the hotel I was staying at. I'll start by saying I've been getting my nails done (acrylics and pedicure) 2x a month for 15+ years. I currently live in NYC (where prices are very expensive.) I used to live in Philly and have gotten my nails done all over the US and abroad. I sit down for a spa pedicure, $55, fine. I asked for gel polish. I'm well aware there's an additional charge, which I'm fine with. But when she told me $87??? So she's trying to charge $32 JUST for the gel polish?! When I confirmed you're charging over $30 just for gel polish??? Her reasoning? Oh well a gel pedicure is $32. That's fine, but you don't charge me for TWO separate pedicure services (the spa pedicure plus a gel pedicure.) You charge an additional amount for gel polish. The norm is $10, rarely up to $15. Just her reasoning was ridiculous. I politely declined just based off principle. To be clear, I'm far from cheap. I spend a lot of money on my nails and always tip well. But this? I felt like I was getting hustled, not ok. Then when I finished, I was reassured the polish was dry (I was pretty sure it wasn't, but I listened anyways.) I walked across the street, took off my shoes to find the polish ruined. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the technician who did my pedicure was nice and did a decent job. I'm used to a little upselling (ie asking to do a more expensive polish or adding services) annoying, but I get it. But blatantly trying to over charge, is gross. I personally wouldn't recommend.
