This place is a real gem, highly recommended! I had a tricky issue with a cracking lacquer finish of a recent custom made instrument and the British luthier sent me to RGB for a warranty repair close to home. It ended up requiring a full refinish, which was handled promptly with great communication and professionalism, and with a very reasonable fee to the original maker, who covered it. The result exceeded my wildest expectations and the sensitive workmanship has the instrument not only looking like new again but resonating beautifully, putting any fears about impacting acoustic resonance with a new finish to rest. I feel very grateful to have this treasured instrument back in my hands at its best and cant recommend RGB highly enough as a result.
