Whom ever took over CCIS runs this absolutely poorly. If you need to transfer your child you have to physically come in and fill out a form verse when it was the old ccis all you had to do was make a phone call. They say the transfer takes up to 2 weeks when I have been waiting three and still. The first time I’ve tried to transfer one of my sons they transferred the wrong one, almost having my son lose his spot in the daycare I wanted him to remain. On top of that the customer service is EXTREMELY poor. No one cares to help they’ll simply transfer you to someone’s ext, most times they won’t even let you finish explaining what you’re calling for just straight transfer. And if ever you need to speak to a supervisor or your case worker know they’ll never answer the call. Beyond disappointed with how they operate.

Very POORLY RUN AGENCY SINCE BEING TAKING OVER BY CARING ALLIANCE !! Been trying to get ahold of caseworker for 2 weeks now no Call Back or Answer!! This is Disappointing and Aggravating to Say the LEAST!!
