I got to know Vincent, a few months before I asked his assistance to find a house. He is first of all a nice person to talk and hang out with, and more importantly has something rare in our days, common sense. I asked him to be my real estate agent and he generously accepted. Vincent arranged a couple of appointments to firstly educate me about real estate (since it was my first time trying to purchase a property) and also understand my needs so he could find the best match for me. Although we started looking for a house in a difficult period since it was purely sellers market we managed to find quite a few properties and sent offers almost immediately after liking a property with Vincents rapid actions. It also helps that he really knows Philadelphia well. Through this time our family started growing so our needs changed, and Vincent immediately adjusted to our new desired property features. After a couple of attempts we found the perfect house for us. Even though we offered more than what the owners were asking, we were not sure whether our offer will be accepted in this aggressive, as-is market. Vincents experience and polite and smart way helped us get our offer accepted. He guided us through the inspection process and every one of the next necessary steps until the closing of the property.
