        Unprofessional and overall horrid service. I can't believe they use this for schoolwide parking. Absolute sham. Management also is mean and crude. Employees themselves are nice but I'm sorry to see what kind of people they work under

        As a employee of temple in my opinion its a horrible place to park they over charge for parking all the money you pay for parking if something happens like a break in its still your responsibility the university will not help you. parking on the street let just say make sure your insured because chances are the person that hit you if you get them arent. the people in the parking office are all unprofessional and dont even know there job, the employees are in a constant battle with parking attendants the university puts us on emergency on call and then we get penalized for parking when we have to get to the job as fast as possible so when theres a flood we have to say it will be about a half hour to get to the job because we got to find parking save yourself a headache and dont drive here if its hard for us it will be hard for you.
