We had the best experience with Matt - hes is everything you hope you get in a realtor. Hes honest about the houses you view (and if he doesnt have an answer for a question, he finds out and gets you the information quickly). Hes on time, efficient, and he gets stuff done immediately (there are literally no delays at all). I was honestly shocked at how fast he was at getting information to me, getting paperwork together, etc. Hes also a great communicator and very responsive, and he took the time to explain things to me when I felt confused. Honestly, we never had to wait for a call or text. In fact, Matt usually called me or reached out before I even got to the point where I needed to call him. He and his team handled so much and made the process totally seamless for me and my husband! We just bought our first home, and as something that normally would have been a very stressful and overwhelming process, it was a relief to find that he and his team made it simple and manageable. From day 1 to the closing, everything that could be done was done for us. We made the decisions and signed the papers, and Matt handled basically everything else (even providing us reminders and checklists so we didnt forget anything). I cannot recommend him enough!

I attempted to sell my house by owner for about a month before being contacted by Matt Greene. He was courteous enough during the call that I agreed to meet with him. He was prepared, efficient, and explained exactly what hed do to sell my home at my desired price and within the timeframe I needed. Once I signed with him, the use of his stager greatly enhanced how my home presented to potential buyers. The first weekend on the market we had over 30 showings and 4 offers, and I accepted an offer that was $10,000 over the asking price. Matts support staff made the closing process seamless and were always available when I had any questions.
