Their description on open table for their "bottomless brunch" is incredibly misleading and the lack of transparency of wait staff to explain and clarify doesn't help either. Got a much larger than expected bill as a result. The food was great

Hi, I was there Saturday 3/30/24 with a party of 4 people for my birthday brunch. The food and drink were amazing but the server was horrible. She made sure to tell us that with us doing bottomless drinks it made all the food accept the Sicilian pizzas $15 we ordered 6 food items for the table none of which were discounted to $15. She didnt drop the food herself which I get shes busy but the guy who did drop the food said shed bring ketchup she didnt come back to the table for over 30 minutes. I really wanted desert since I was there for my bday but since she was literally never to be found we had to ask the hostess twice for her and they couldnt find her so I couldnt get desert cause we couldnt freakin find her to order it. The larger server serving the other tables in the bar area was amazing and always present for her tables if they needed her. I truly hope you fire my server I dont know her name because she didnt ever introduce herself. I was so excited and waited over a month to eat here and was so let down. She added gratuity and somehow tipped herself for 20% of the bill AFTER the tax was added I get adding a gratuity at a busy restaurant and saw on the menu it would be added.. but why on earth is she getting tipped on the total including tax. I wish we had gotten the other server in the bar section everyone who was at my table has worked in bars including myself, we would have no problem tipping extra for the experience if it were what we hoped for. Our server was white, dark long hair, and glasses.

Overall pretty good food. My girlfriends and I went for a birthday and we were supposed to be seated in an igloo but it was too windy so we were seated on the patio. I would have preferred to be seated inside the restaurant. Food was a 7/10. The tiramisu is excellent! Zucchini chips were thin lightly breaded and not greasy, the could have used more seasoning. Fried mozzarella 8/10 it was really good and definitely high quality cheese. We all got the $45 prefix which was overall a good deal. I would not recommend the Cesar salad. Service was good and the waiter was attentive. Vegetarian options: They had a lot of salads, pastas, pizzas but not many options for someone who is vegan or gluten free.

I came here on solo date and Kayla and Mase behind the bar were great! Kayla was able to suggest chicken parm w/ spicy rigatoni (delicious btw!), and Mase held it down for her while she was finishing up. Ambiance is great, and I finished with an espresso martini, which was absolutely delicious. I cant wait to come back for happy hour :)

Come here often, but my recent visit Friday night felt like a joke. Me and my friend booked outdoor seating and was brought to high tops. My friend requests lower seating and was immediately told they were reserved for a large party. Only to see 20 minutes later a couple of lighter complexion is brought to high tops and was immediately given the lower table when asked. I ordered truffle fries, they bring me shoestring fries with Kraft grated Parmesan on top. Shrimp linguine with three shrimp. (Mind you- shrimp is an extra charge) and over charged us on the prefix menu. This is not the experience nor treatment we expect at Figo. This used to be our gem. Do better please
