The Somers team is great! Chris helped me sell at a price I was happy with, and got a good deal done over the December holiday season. He gave lots of helpful advice along the way regarding preparing the house for sale and setting an asking price. The entire process was easier than expected. I bought my Fishtown house with the Somers Team over a decade ago, and that was an excellent experience as well! They are experts in Fishtown and NoLibs real estate. If you're buying or selling in the area you really must work with them.

Chris is wonderful. Helped me buy my first house and then 4 years later helped me rent it. Took him less than a week to find a tenant! Best in Philly!
