Got permanent bracelets today, both with charms and had a wonderful experience. It was a quick process overall and we both love our new bracelets. Each of them were about $200 which is a bit high, but hoping they last a long time!

My experience with Ritual Space for Lazer Links was wonderful. Isabella was extremely helpful and provided quick responses when booking the appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Elena and Catherine which set a great tone for the appointment. I truly felt like a valued customer throughout the appointment. My 2 friends and I are thrilled with our zapped bracelets and cant wait to get more!

We called a head of time to see what time they were open until and the girl on the phone said 6. A small group of us arrived at 5 in the hopes of getting permanent jewelry and the two girls at the front deck were both startled and rude. They said we needed to schedule weeks in advance and were not accommodating. Customer service was 0/10. I would never go back here.
