Nahum came out to give me an estimate for reinstalling some old railing. Turns out it doesnt have to involve welding, so he also told me how I could do the job if I wanted to just do it myself! Super friendly and informative. Thanks Nahum!

I do not recommend doing business with Philly Custom Metal Fabrication. Moses, the owner, came out to look at my place initially several months ago. Then no responses to my calls for several weeks, posted a truthful Google review similar to the ones I attached here and took it down the day the owner gave me a call back claiming he injured his hand (meanwhile during that same time period I kept seeing new stories pop up in my feed from their IG @philly_custom_metal_fab and their business went on as usual it appears). Weeks go by of him designing an awesome door for me, then the day before install I guess someone shows him a screenshot of the review I took down so his team doesn't show up and stops responding to my calls and texts. Admits to it over text a few days later. Literally wasted 3 months of my time with this back and forth. I'm surprised someone that actually puts out such a good product has absolutely no professionalism. Let's not even talk about the multiple times he promised to get work done or be there at the shop to meet me, and I show up and nothing is done and only his workers who only speak Spanish so I couldn't communicate with anyone to come up with a plan. Furthermore, after I posted this review he blasted me on his IG story claiming I came in yelling at his coworkers and sent me harassing text messages. Screenshots below.

I paid for a basic paint job. They called and told me it was ready for pick up, but when I got there he wasn't there. I thought that was weird, but this pattern happened three more times. I would call, he would tell me to come pick up the parts, and then I'd arrive and the door was either locked or no one answered the phone, or his staff was there and they just laughed at me. I would stay away from these guys. Very shady... I've never wasted more time with a service provider than these guys. There are other services out there that will supply a better paint job and customer service for a better price.
