If I could give them zero stars that would be to nice. Since I have dealt with this ghetto organization, it has been a nightmare. Between the lack of professionalism, inability to provide solutions to simple problems (medication refills) to being transferred to someone else every time I call, this has been the worse experience of my life. Stay away from this ghetto place.

I WAS REACHING OUT FOR THERAPY FOR MY CHILD AND LET ME JUST SAY AFTER ALL OF THE RUN AROUND THEY GAVE US I AM TOTALLY CONVINCED THAT THIS NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION IS FRAUDULENT. I'M CONVINCED THERE'S SCAMMING TAKING PLACE. I ADVISE ANYONE HAVING THESE VERY VERY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES WITH THIS FACILITY TO REPORT THEM AND HAVE THEM INVESTIGATED. THAT'S WHAT I'M DOING. I'LL LET U ALL KNOW HOW IT GOES. I'M NOT DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY'VE FAILED ME AND MY CHILD BUT FOR EVERYONE THAT HAS BN FAILED BY THIS NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION . MENTALL HEALTH IS REAL AND SHOULD BE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY. I PRAY THAT U ALL FIND JUSTICE,THE HELP U OR UR LOVED ONE NEEDS AND PEACE. MAY GOD BLESS U ALL I DIDN'T WANT TO ADD ANY STARS BUT I HAD TO DO SO IN ORDER TO POST THIS VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE

I am with them now. Horrible horrible company. Good luck ever having a normal doc. That doesnt exist.

Horrible place. They do not keep their word. No one ever answers the phone, let alone call you back. No let me put it correctly you may get an operator and she will say she will forward your information to someone to reach out and they never do. I dont understand how a company dealing with mental health patients can be so uncaring about helping these people. Being willing and able to do their part to help these individuals. They dont care. Just merely a paycheck for them either way. So sad!!!!
