        I would never trust them again with financial information. Keep a record of all your receipts, because they may sell your PAID bills to a collection agency and never contact you back despite repeated messages. I was just sent another bill, over a year after last receiving services. After ruining my credit and refusing to make it right, they still want me to pay them more. The stress of dealing with this company has caused me to be considerably weary of therapy/psychiatry as a whole.

        I genuinely enjoy my psychiatrist. Shes very insightful and has dramatically changed my life. The other facets are pretty meh. However, the billing department is HORRIBLE. How many times do I have to call for an up to date itemized statement? Victoria, the office manager is rude. They act like its a problem to question what your money is going to???? Why am I paying full amounts for shortened appointments? Its okay for therapists to show up AN HOUR LATE and I still have to pay full price?? But if Im late I get charged $70??? Every time I speak to a different agent its a different story? Every time I pay off the balance, it magically shoots back up, and I cant get an itemized statement???? Its giving shady and weird. If you cant be bothered while youre ripping pockets inside out just say that. If it werent for my amazing pyschiatrist I wouldnt touch this company with a million foot pole. Pros and cons, I guess?
