Had an appointment schedule and waited months. Then the day of the appointment Im told that its in person even though i was told it would be online. It was reschedule for the day after thanksgiving for telehealth and i waited until then just to receive no call and learn that they were closed that day! I finally had a telehealth appointment and was told Id be contacted about medication management, yet no contact has been made in over a week. I told them i had medication that urgently needed to be filled as its not good to suddenly stop taking medication. Very disappointed and never had such trouble trying to seek mental health management.

I was scheduled as a new patient appointment with a psychotherapist yesterday and they completely no showed on me. There was no message or anything. I called back today to ask about it. The receptionist just tried to make another appointment with the same therapist. No Thank You! It is very disrespectful to start a new appointment by not even having the courtesy to cancel the appointment, yet if a client cant make the appointment, we are suppose to give notice. What about notice by the provider?

I went to get the help I needed. Staff was very receptive and understood what I was going thru. They were pleasant and very professional. Highly recommended!
