I ordered a Thomas Maison custom dress shirt from Alton Lane Philly in June 2023. First mistake is the shirt came almost 2 months later instead of 2-4 weeks quoted. Second mistake. They put my initials in hot pink (not brown) near my collar. Yikes. They said the factory in China couldnt figure out how to put it at the 4th button on the left side like all the other bespoke tailors. If you want a non-custom shirt with mistakes and poor customer service, this is your place. If not, try Raymond shirtmaker in Jenkintown or Boyds on Chestnut st. Its almost four months and I still dont have my shirt.

Suit got lost during delivery to the store prior to tailoring. Had to rush through the process. Looked alright in the end but pretty loose. Probably would have been better if they had payed attention to the suit not arriving to the store in a timely manner. Didn't look custom made for me. They do have nice options though for customization and for the price point on certain made to order suits.

Alton Lane provided me with top notch service for a destination wedding. Danielle Holland and Robert Gerofsky were very professional and made the tuxedo shopping experience as stress free as possible. I was buying my first tux and they were extremely helpful as I made my decisions when making my tuxedo. Alton Lane has now become my personal tailor and I intend to go to them for my shirts, suits, and other clothing needs moving forward.
