Came to Philadelphia for a week from Virginia. Went to set up cpap late that 1st night and didn't pack water chamber. Cpap wouldn't work without it !!! First night slept sitting up, not good. The next day, I googled supply stores near me. Walked 4 miles around trying to find medical supplies stores. No luck !!! Desperately needing this chamber, I went to Miller's and they took me right up and had one on hand. Thank you so much !!! Slept 12 hrs that night!!!

Adapt health was right on time with their delivery services of my convertible oxygen box. The delivery service person was knowledgeable about the equipment and pleasant in his presentation. Overall, satisfactory service in the oxygen and CPAP department.

I was very pleased with the unit I received. Chris, the technician / delivery person gave a detailed explanation of the unit and answered every question I had. Wonderful customer service!

Traveling from out of town and my CPAP failed. Googled Miller Medical as the closest Medical Equipment supplier. Tried to reach by phone but local number connects to call center. Call center not useful because they told me this office is appointment only, even though there is no way to cinta t them directly. I decided to just go to the office to see if I could walk in. It's an odd setup where you need to register at the lobby and be announced. The office is on the 17th floor. Robert met me at the elevator. I explained my situation and set up my machine to demonstrate. In a matter of 15 seconds Robert diagnosed the issue (a bad reservoir seal). He grabbed a new seal, plunked it in and voil... I was back in business. Thanks to Robert for seeing me without an appointment and for fixing me up in literally less than a minute.
