Came here on two occasions for services for a birthday facial. The facial was a version of a chemical peel & required 4 or so visits. The first time , I noticed no shedding or ostensible peeling of my skin. After the second visit, my face was significantly irritated & burned. I contacted the owner, Teralyn, via email a few times wo a response. Apparently, my email & photos were lost in her email. In the interim, I made a dermatological appointment & was prescribed a prescription strength topical. After arranging to come in for a visit, Teralyn was clueless about what transpired to cause the reaction, said she would contact the manufacturer of the products used, offered me a topical cream which I declined since I was treating with my dermatologist, tendered a refund, and offered a complimentary express facial. To say I was annoyed is an understatement. This was supposed to be a birthday treat which quickly turned into a fiasco with facial scarring, to boot. Whats worse is that I returned for the complimentary express facial, not a chemical peel, & the SAME thing happened. My skin endured the same reaction. I have had regular facials for over a decade & this is the first time experiencing anything like I did here. My skin was burned, very irritated, tight, & discolored. I was offered little comfort & was pawned off on some snarky product specialist from the manufacturer who was insensitive & lacked professionalism or empathy. Bottom line: I will never return here for services. I just question the competence & whether the staff & Teralyn are truly experienced.

I cant say enough wonderful things about Nirvana! Taralyn is THE skin goddess and so incredibly talented. I started getting monthly facials in preparation for my wedding and I couldnt believe how she completely transformed my skin. Each appointment was perfectly tailored to me and what issues I wanted to focus on. The results speak for themselves and I refuse to go anywhere else for treatments now!

I use to come here for massages with Aminah but ever since she left its not the same. Staff never stay long here.

Had a facial today and can I just say - it was awesome. This place is wonderful. Lauren did such an amazing job - I feel great! Do yourself a favor and do something nice for yourself and come here. So many great services and the staff is so friendly.

My 1st pro massage in 15 years was absolutely superb. Came for deep, painful tension and spasms in my left shoulder. Cassandra was bright, skilled, kind, and did a spectacularly good job. It had been growing over a month and had gotten extremely bad that morning. She drove it back underground like a pro, and Ive been on the mend ever since. Expert job, great place, very well set up, highly professional. Highly recommended!!
