I had an appointment for 8:15am they dont open til 12pm nor do they answer their phones.

I am so happy I stumbled on this place. Today was my second visit. I've never been happier at a medical appointment. Since my health began to deteriorate more than a decade ago I've been through scores, probably hundreds, of providers of all kinds. Sarah Myers is one of the 3-4 BEST.

I been coming here for years , Im so disappointed in the new everything ,the staff are horrible now ,my doctor is Anita i love her but its time to depart ,they never answer ,i had to remind the black guy that he didnt do my pregnancy test after i was told it was negative (never even did it ) the wait is so long now , they walk around on the phone , dont greet when you walk in the door ,my labs come back weeks later which is not good what if something was wrong its just horrible now its time to go

Only giving it two because of the black guy that works there. My three experiences that Ive had there were the worst Ive ever had at a doctors office. One: the doctor there does not listen to what youre saying nor does she keep appointments that were made. She made the mistake of spelling my name wrong even when I told her how to spell it but she never changed it. My lab results werent found and they almost made me do it again had I not told them that they spelled my name wrong. Two, the other staff person there was not comforting and I had to get blood done three different times because she couldnt find my veins and poked me a couple times just to try to find it. Not only that, I had to take a swap two different times because they lost my swap the first time and the second time it was under the misspelled name. To make matters worse, as they led my lab results to me the door was open which Im pretty sure is a HIPAA violation. All in all, my experience here was NOT GOOD and for them to be a public health center it was very concerning. The forgetfulness, them not listening and the unwelcoming energy there would make me never come back as a patient. Please dont come here if youre looking for quality service.

They have been providing faithful services for years. They are always crowded , so go first thing in the morning . Thank God for this service
