I've been a patient of Dr Wardlaw since 2011. She is a great doctor who very personable to her clients. She is a great doctor but little slow getting paper work and prescription done in a timely manner. Her staff is the worst, they are slow and always making excuse on why they didn't get the paperwork done. I will be looking for another doctor. You wait for hours to be seen. They phone lines are always busy. So un professional is the staff.

Dr. Wardlaw, is a very nice doctor. Her staff on the other hand, is that of a contrary experience. They are abrupt, rude and unprofessional. They left me sitting in the waiting room, on my last visit in November of 2022, for three rounds of patients...in and out of their appointments. I didn't say anything because; I'm the type of person that tries to avoid any type of unnecessary stress. I am really trying to stay within the Temple network, since that's where my doctors are. I need my PCP, to be able to view all of my information, from various other network doctors. That is important to me. I actually get nervous, when it's time for me to call, and make an appointment. This is a result of the fact, that sometimes, I'll be put on hold for an extended period of time, and maybe they'll pick the phone back up, and give me an appointment. SMH...AT this point, I don't know what else to do? I really want to continue to stay with a Temple doctor. Dr Wardlaw and I discussed this matter, in the past, and I thought things would get better. It was mentioned to me by Angie, sarcastically. I really want to continue to see my doctor.

I really don't recommend this office. Dr. Wardlaw is great but during my first visit, I had to wait almost three hours to be seen. The response from staff was that I should schedule appointments during the morning instead, even though I work a full-time job. The reception desk rarely answers the phone or returns calls. I was given all kinds of reasons for why my referrals couldn't be approved, even though I'm an established patient with those specialists. Lastly, after I had bloodwork done in the office, they sent my samples to the wrong testing center that is out-of-network for my insurance. Now I owe almost $700. I don't understand how such a simple mistake was made when the in-network testing center is printed on my insurance card! My mother, a current patient, has experienced some of the same issues. It's not worth it.
