The front desk staff was lovely and helpful, but the rest of my experience was less than subpar. I was told I would be able to have testing done because I am newly pregnant, I was excited because I had been booked out for my OBGYN confirmation. Upon arrival, no one even knew I was pregnant or looking for a confirmation test (even though that was discussed when making my appointment) but NBD. The person who worked me up was short with me. The doctor I saw was friendly but was clearly guessing at answers I had asked about my symptoms, even googling some? And googling what meds/shots would be safe for me to take while pregnant... which wasn't very reassuring. I gave a urine sample and was told results would be back in a few days. After days passed, I called only to find out they send the wrong test and I would have to go back to give another sample. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Nice office, all staff and doctors were friendly and helpful. The entrance is on Jamestown

Don't really got the fact that i have to call the doctor and ask to discuss the result for my blood work . It's been two weeks and no one called me . I called and I'm still waiting. Also you won't have a regular family doctor. My first appointment i was seen by a resident. I don't know if i can keep using them .
