I am so glad I decided to come in the store and try out the mattresses instead of taking my chances with one of the online retailers. I got the exact mattress choice that I wanted and because of a great sale I was able to get the mattress, box spring, sheets, free delivery and haul away for a great deal. Thomas was very patient, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about helping customers. I did encounter a problem with the haul away, as after two teams from Mattress Firm would not take the time to bring the box spring down on a challenging move out (my apartment has a lot of tight corners) but Thomas did his best to help me and gave me a refund for the amount I needed to pay for 1-800-JUNK to come get the box spring after I was able to get it down the stairs myself. I specifically came to a place that could help with that to avoid the issue but the way it was handled was ok.

I met with Thomas Gee, who clearly understood his product. He presented me with various choices that were consistent with the framework I provided. I thought he was thorough and extremely professional. If this review is read beyond April 2nd, my delivery date, it means the delivery process went smoothly. If it does not I will update this. However, until then, I could not be more satisfied.

Thomas was amazing. He got us exactly what we needed. We went in with an idea of what would be best for us, but he helped us discover our perfect sleeping solution, and saved us a few hundred bucks. Thanks so much, Thomas!!
