Claire is pure magic. I have been seeing her for about two years, and each time I visit its like therapy for the body, mind, and soul. As her business name suggests, she intuitively works the body finding sources of pain and melting it all away. Her energy is uplifting and peaceful so even if you walk in as a bundle of anxiety and stress (as I often do), the second you cross into her office it starts to dissipate. I started seeing her to help with physical pain from years of overuse injuries and sitting in office chairs. However, through her work she has managed to not only help my physical pain, but also my mental health I finally feel like I can breathe again, literally. She also introduced me to Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) which have been a game changer. Claire is a true gift and Philly is incredibly lucky to have her.

Claire has been working on me 1-2x a month for several years. I have good amount of experience with the massage industry as 1) a lifelong chronic pain patient and 2) someone whose family business is massage. I've had LOTS of massage over my lifetime from some of the best in the business and can confidently say that Claire is an above-average Massage Therapist. Not only is she extremely skillful with her craft, but she is also an amazing human being inside and out. A major bonus is that her practice is also trauma-informed. As a psychotherapist, I would confidently recommend her to my clients for trauma-informed work without hesitation.

Claire is amazing! I was lucky enough to have her recommended to me and I feel like hit the jackpot. The care and time she puts in to discussing problem areas, ailments lifestyle etc and the knowledge she has is amazing! She explains why things hurt how they do and ways to help relieve them at home. I get so excited when an appointment is coming up because her individualized treatments truly make such a difference in my life. I always walk out feeling so much better and refreshed. I've been going to Claire for almost two years for chronic pain and a number of chronic health conditions. Her services are truly incomparable -- after months of medical treatment fails, it wasn't until I started working with Claire that I was finally able to find relief and start healing. She's remarkably attuned to bodies/individual needs and, unlike most massage therapists, she includes a variety of tools and healing treatments (e.g. hot stones, cupping, etc.) in a flat rate cost. She goes above and beyond connecting with clients and making sure they're kept in the loop with the services they receive; she always checks in about how I'm feeling before the session and, based on what I share, tells me what she's thinking for that session to make sure it sounds good to me. She always checks in about what she noticed about my body after the session, too, with recommendations of what might be helpful for me to try on my own. On top of Claire's incredible talent for healing, she's also a kind, down-to-earth, and generous person and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Whether you're seeking a relaxing massage for stress relief or seeking relief to chronic pain/health issues (or anything in between!) Claire is the one you want to go to.
