Exceptional work on my home to the point the neighbors keep stopping Otto while he was performing the job. I'll hired Otto again.

Pros: John and his crew were pleasant. Completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the best they could after each day. The brick/stone pointing work we had done was done decently with minor defects. Cons: The scope of work, shoddily itemized on his email invoice, cost more than we expected and didn't cover the areas of stone we had anticipated. John claims to include a 5 yr warrantee on all of his work but good luck trying to get a hold of him via his number. Tried several times to have him come back to inspect a few areas he has missed but was a constant no-show. Looks like that 'warrantee' was as good as the air it was spoken with. Conclusion: Would advise to look elsewhere if looking for masonry work. Better and more importantly, responsive, options are available. Service: General repairs
