Dont work for this company or bring your kids here, if they dont like you they will find problems with you so they can fire you. A lot of HR is rude and fake, I always use to hear them say if we dont like someone well just will fire them. They have poor communication and will not provide you with the materials needed to work. If youre black expect HR to paint you as aggressive and angry even the black ppl in hr see you that way. The owner likes to fight college students , has no clue what really goes on in his programs and they will allow workers to smoke and drink on the job. If you are going to work for this company then take advantage of the programs/ opportunities that are offered by the company cause those are actually worth it especially the yoga classes. To summarize. Dont work for this company cause they dont value you nor the effort you put into your job to keep the program successful. Stay farrr away from HR and focus on getting the bag and expanding the skills you have or starting a new skill. I worked for this company for a year and my list could go on but Ill leave it here

I find this company very unprofessional. Ive heard too many first hand experiences of the blatant disrespect towards employees and the poor management (which fosters a hostile working environment). I personally would not feel comfortable sending my kids here because when staff dont work well together and/or treat each other poorly, kids can see that. I want to send my kids somewhere theyre learn new skills and have fun, but its not really worth it if theyre learning that its ok to treat their peers badly.

If you care for your child, do NOT bring them here. This place is very poorly run, which could probably be blamed on the horrible management. A family member of mine expressed their concerns to me when they brought their child here. They brought their child here with the expectation of a safe and caring environment for their child to grow and learn in, but they received anything but that. Their child would often cry saying that some of the instructors were mean to them. This child has severe anxiety and it is very obvious that some of the instructors here are not trained to properly handle children like them. It also seems like this place has a high employee turnover rate and any good instructor is quickly flushed out. They are a very shy child and to hear that these so called instructors were mean to them breaks my heart and angers me to my core. I also found out that even though this company has an Korean name, the owner is a white person. As an Asian person, I find it disrespectful that a white man is hiding behind a Korean name. Overall, do NOT bring your child here, unless you want to hand over your child to poorly trained and a poorly managed facility.

I am sorry to read that you see Zhang Sah this way. I would like to state that the picture tha tyou paint about us is inaccurate. Zhang Sah thrives with its diversity and we are a martial arts organization. We embrace a healthy life style and are a non smoking workplace. Several staff have worked here for more than a decade because we do value our team members. Best of luck to you and kind regards

We are sorry that you had a bad expereince however many of our team have been with Zhang Sha for well over a decade. We value all relationships at Zhang Sah and sometimes it is difficult to keep a harmonoius group. Over our past 26 yrears the normal expereince is that staff build lasting relationships, learn something new and enjoy this work.

The name Zhang Sah translated Brave Scholar. The name comes from My teacher Grand Master Soon Ho Chang. He is from south Korea. Dr. Sandone is one of Chang's masters and the one who carrys on the school name and continues the work that they began doing together in 2003. We apologize if you had a bad experience. The period that you are referring to was during COVID and it was a tough time to be open and provide in-person classes and programs. We had strict rules to follow and they would sometimes seem unfriendly to everyone but we were trying to keep people safe and do as good as a job as possible given the conditions. Again, we regret that you had a bad experience - most who attend our program do have positive things to say.Kind regards
