        Based on the response I received from your coordinator Colleen, I can see why there are so many negative reviews. How is it that there are only staff members on board who does not accept insurance. As you very well know mental health has increased since the pandemic. This place needs to step up your game if you want to stay in business. Not everyone afford to pay out of pocket $75 to $95 per session. Especially if there is a need for multiple ones.

      Hi Rafael, I'm sorry that a misunderstanding has lead to a bad experience with us. We actually do have dozens of clinicians who accept insurance, but as you mentioned, demand for mental healthcare has increase during the pandemic, so all of those clinicians are currently full as of this moment. We have hired more clinicians, but insurance companies take months to approve clinicians to accept their insurance. This is not in our control. In order to help meet demand, clients have the option of seeing clinicians who cannot yet accept insurance, and we've offered significant discounts in the rates for those clinicians, but I do appreciate that not everyone can afford those rates. I wish you luck in your search for clinicians with openings, and I join you in your frustration that insurance companies do not complete the approval process for clinicians as quickly as this mental health crisis demands.
