Took an art therapy workshop here and had a great experience. Got to meet other people and connect with them on a level that gave me the ease and relaxation of an art class from grade school.

Everyone at Therapy for Women is kind and welcoming. They help match you with a therapist that's a good fit, which is such a relief compared to my past experiences trying to start therapy. I've also attended a few workshops, most of which are accessible to me virtually even though I don't live in PA, and they have been great. And, the practice is inclusive, which is always a green flag for me when I'm looking for a therapist, because I feel I can truly be honest in session. I've recommended the practice to multiple friends, since they serve other states, and would highly recommend them to everyone!
