Hi Mirta,We've received a few emails from you (under a different name) and have explained that we are not the company you are trying to reach as we don't bill people in that manner and have no record of you. We believe you might be mistaking us with another company like a mental health app called Better Help that does a recurring subscription based model and bills your card.We've tried to provide you with their information to help you to figure out what's going on. We certainly aren't billing your account and would never do so. We don't have subscriptions and only bill people for the appointments that they have after their session.If you'd like us to send you that information again, feel free to email [email protected] and we will do that.We wish you the very best and hope you can figure this out! It sounds frustrating!And if you'd like to work with a therapy practice that does not randomly bill your card like whomever it is you are working with, we'd be happy to have you here :)
