        Not the place to go if you care about your money. You pay at time of service, but the accounting department will not provide an invoice for you to file with your insurer. Today is July 1, and I am still waiting for an invoice for sessions which concluded on May 19th. You can call and email until you are blue in the face. You wont get the invoice.

        Amazing place with staff that really care about helping you, even if you can't afford much. Would recommend to anyone, the parking is good especially for the city.

      Hi Heidi, thanks for your message. Our admin team is committed to getting our clients the statements they need in a timely manner. Our clients can contact their therapists and/or our billing department if they have not gotten statements, and we do our very best to rectify the problem quickly.
