Cannot recommend Small Talk Media enough. Rob is not only knowledgable, but takes the time to strategize down to every little detail to help our business grow. He is professional, responsive & really takes pride in helping his customers. Would give them 10 stars if possible.

We've been working with Rob and his team for over a year. I gotta say, I was leary at first. I've worked with a lot of marketing people that have talked and talked but just ended up doing nothing for my business. Rob is non stop. He's on top of everything and is always coming up with new ways for us to grow. It's honesty crazy how productive this guy is, I feel like he never sleeps lol. I'm only writing this because he asked me to, I really just want them all to myself. He's been so good to me though I'd honestly do anything at this point to help him out.

I've been working with Small Talk for just over a year now. They always get back to me, they're constantly coming up with creative ways for me to increase my bottom line and when they say they're gonna do something... they do it! I would suggest them for any business that wants some smart people helping them out with marketing.

For many people (like myself), coming up with lively, unique social media posts doesnt come naturally. Keeping your brand fresh daily can be a full time job of its own, and with a million other things to do, it usually falls to the bottom of the to-do list. Small Talk constantly updates our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, which keeps our name appearing in the feeds of new and existing customers and has ultimately brought many more patrons to our door. They dont do all the work for you, but they make it so we can focus on what we do best. When we do have photos or other material we come up with, we just email it over and they make sure it gets posted onto our social media accounts in the most advantageous way possible. Another underrated benefit of working with them is the knowledge they have of the present marketing climate for restaurants. They know what trends and events are going on and can give you that wider perspective when your own world is completely contained inside the four walls of your restaurant. They bring the world to you.
