Bryan isn't aware of this, but I phoned another adjuster prior to calling him. I won't name the other place but I will say that I am glad I winded up with Bryan. The other place asked me to take pictures and send to them. We all know that viewing in-person gives a better look of what is actually going on. Bryan's willingness to come to my house, is a plus. He was able to accommodate me the very next day. Thanks again Bryan!

Bryan was a pleasure to work with! I was skeptical about needing an insurance adjuster when my toilet backed up all over my basement, but Bryan made life much easier. He is honest, friendly, and communicative, and he made sure I was taken care of by my insurance company. I would now recommend using an adjuster to anyone dealing with home issues, and would definitely recommend Bryan.
