        This technician drilled a hole in my lock after he didnt have my permission he kept waiting till I turned my back to talk to start drilling a hole know I had to knowledge of what he was doing he left my lock just as it was when another technician came they wasnt even able to do anything they said they had to replace the lock , the first guy was rushing to be money hungry and damaged my lock and now I have to pay additional money !!! The manager took 15 minutes to send the first technician out now she saying another 6 hours for him to come back but they 23 hours !!! Watch out for lock smith they come and move so fast to get their money and be money hungry !!!
