        Never used cab service. One star because they need a legitimate insurance company. One of their drivers hit my car on 1/2/24 and, over two months later, Im still waiting for a resolution, or even a call back from First Chicago Insurance. Do better, Germantown Cab!

        This can company this the fxcking worst my son attended Rowen Elementary School special needs. THE DRIVERS IS NEVER ON TIME PICKING MY CHILD UP NOR DO THEY GET HIM TO SCHOOL ON TIME! They are unorganized just like the fxcking school district! This place and its employees can go to hell!
