New flood lights and the Bluetooth app is non-existent!

Purchased 6 icicle lights on Sunday 12/2 and I wailed them on Tuesday to see when they would ship as I did not receive any notification. I got an email on Thursday that they shipped on Wednesday but no response from anyone at the company to my emails. It is Friday 12/7 and I have not received them and they are located 1 hour and 45 minutes away from my location in the same state.In addition there is no movement on the tracking number either. No way to get ahold of anyone either. I am about to cancel the order on my credit card. I do not recommend buying them from the manufacturer. Buy these at Home Depot instead or Amazon.

I received the incorrect number of boxes in my order. The company will not answer emails and the phone number does not work.

We purchased several strands of lights. 3/4 of one strand does not work. Three other LED strands have lights that are missing the plastic C7 size covers over the bulbs. Weve called several times, left messages, and have emailed but have not heard back from them at all. There is pretty much no customer service. We are extremely disappointed.
