Roland was so cool and understanding from the beginning of the proposal to the end.  He was extremely communicative via text and phone in order to assess whether or not he could take the project on.  He was booked out for quite awhile but he set a time range around of 2-3 months when he'd be able to start the repair and restoration of our family heirloom mid century floor lamp.  Once a date was set, we dropped off the lamp at his shop, got a more specific price range, set a "top" price which not to go over, and left the lamp.  It took maybe a month or so before it was ready for pickup.  We couldn't get over how he re wired, completely refurbished, and brought our lamp back to life!  It's now gorgeous and functional.  :)

Very unique place. Hole in the wall for sure that youd never expect to be there. They offer services not found in many other places. Had a few antique chandeliers cleaned and repaired there. Pricy but they did an excellent job. If you like cats youll like this place as well. The owner rescues them and many are residents of this warehouse style establishment.
