We had a terrible experience with this company, but I want to be clear that the woman in the showroom was excellent. We bought 2 fixtures for about $3200, so not a small purchase. We arranged for delivery on a Tuesday. Late the previous day we had not been given a time window. When we contacted them to inquire, the answer was that they would not know until Tuesday morning. Our thought was, unless they were planning the route from scratch Tuesday morning-doubtful-they should have known by 5pm the day before. Otherwise, how is the customer supposed to plan their own schedule? Morning or afternoon would have sufficed. Tuesday morning, after waiting until 10 without word from Bright Light, we called again and they still did not have an answer. Shortly afterward they emailed that the delivery would be 11:45-12. The truck arrived after 1:00. And this company handles their own deliveries, so working with an outside delivery service is not an excuse. Second problem-One of the fixtures was packed in a crate type box, and after failing to cut through it with a utility knife, I literally had to use a power saw, for 10 minutes, to get it open. Their delivery guy should have helped remove that before leaving. I emailed them a week ago about all of this, and have not gotten any reply. I guess I should not be surprised. This company hasnt a clue about customer service.
