My 100 pounds of business laundry done here weekly for over three years. Suzanne and Henry are excellent at their job, however the open format where wash dry fold service is completed not secure. Anyone in the facility can just help them selves to your belongings as they are being folded. Satin gowns and other Items started going missing. Turnaround time and delays where almost garanteed when certain employees where present at drop off. Then it became apparent that a large number of my linen pillow casings where completely missing from my rotation. My business uses different colors for specific services and the entire stock of light blue cases vanished. These cases are the extra long king sized cases and are the only ones that fit a body pillow used for prenatal work. I spoke with the owner and asked them to check and see if a bag had been separated or if the items where in a lost and found. I felt like we had good rapport and like Allen valued the my business brought weekly. Clearly, i was mistaken. Its been 4 and a half months without word from him. My business is now supporting another small laundry with far better service and the insight to store and process customer belongings securely away from the public and the integrity to let shady employees move on. Its sad i really liked the staff.
