I highly recommend Zapster. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional not to mention fast and accurate, which is what you want in electrolysis sessions. I never have any hyperpigmentation and Im always pleased with the results.

Isabella is great. I have been going to her for a few months, and I like the way my annoying hair growths have been responding to her treatments. I go to have my face treated for a couple small patches of hormonal hair growth I have (upper lip mostly, and some on my chin). I still have a couple of stubborn hairs Im working on, but Im seeing progress! Before coming to Isabella, I was being treated by someone else in Pittsburgh when I lived there. And Ive also tried a place out in Portland, OR. So at this point, I have a few different experiences under my belt to compare. Isabella has been the best. She is very knowledgeable on the science of hair growth and the treatments she offers. While Im not trans myself, its noteworthy that she is also very passionate about transgender care. She has a new space and its really great a lot more spacious than the old location. Its clean and cozy (or as cozy as you can be while getting zapped, haha).
