Me and my wife went For smoothies we saw on Google And the representative there at night was awesome the shakes came out great 1st time here would definitely recommend anyone to stop by and try the shakes!!

I was there on a Friday night and the guy that makes the shakes wasn't friendly at all. When I gave him a dollar tip he didn't even say thank you. He just put the money in there and didn't say anything. How can LA Fitness put up with this kind of customer service. They won't be getting my business anymore!

Where do I even begin.. A read.. I had the unpleasant misfortune of working under Ms. Georgina Vargas. She is this particular stores franchise owner. NOTE: NrGize Lifestyle Cafe is independently owned and NOT affiliated with LA Fitness. It would be the same as a Subway inside a Walmart or a Starbucks inside a Target. With that being said, she did NOT act as a business owner should. She and her son Sam, who she had working as the manager, very rarely answered their phones. Sam, who was supposed to do scheduling for the month, often got it done a week into the month leaving everyone else to scramble and find out when they were working and find coverage for shifts the first week of the month. Sam would come to work in basketball shorts and have a du-rag on his head as if he had just rolled out of bed. He would fall asleep at the counter as if it were normal (I have video proof of that, courtesy of a customer). I really can't say too much about Gina, because I rarely ever saw her.. and she rarely ever answered her phone.. and apparently, there was ALWAYS something going on in her personal life that kept her from maintaining the shop how it should have been. The juice bar would constantly run low or completely out of fruit, so I would have to go to the Acme next door to pick up a bushel of bananas, which was our most popular fruit, because we had ran out the day before or during a working shift. The shop was not properly maintained from the owners end, and there were sometimes molded fruit brought in with new inventory, expired "NrGize" supplements and a broken leaking sink that was supposed to have been fixed numerous times. If we ran out of a product, such as a popular flavor Gatorade, that was it for the next month and a half until new inventory finally came in. I could go on and on but I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking for me.
