Came in with a vintage Bulova watch thinking it needed battery replacement/serviced. The shopkeeper explained to us it was a mechanical watch and help us wind & set it for free!

I was in Philly for work and asked a friend where she had purchased a beautiful vintage ring. She sent me to I. Switt, and initially I was a little intimidated because I didnt have a great idea of what I was looking for aside from a gold ring. Andrew was very helpful and patient as I took my time browsing and I ended up selecting a gorgeous vintage ring with garnet and diamond for a super reasonable price. I also mentioned that I had been trying to find a ring to wear on my pinky but was having trouble because my ring size was so small. Andrew brought out a tray of youth sized gold bands and I selected one that fit perfectly. They also polished my other good rings for free and they look so much better than before! All in all Andrew and his father are super knowledgeable and they have an incredible selection. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for unique, high quality antique and vintage jewelry that you cant find anywhere else.

My friend brought me here because she knows, as an environmentalist, buying used products lowers their carbon footprint. In the case of estate jewelry, no worries about the ethics of conflict diamonds, plus a good price for a beautiful ring. To my amazement, I was able to find just what I was looking for and I am enjoying looking at it sparkle on my finger!
