2 issues with my gold dipped rose First off a petal broke and that alone I can just take my loss but here is issue 2 Second the real rose you claim to use is not real at all. It is colored glass molded together to make the appearance of a rose. Hopefully I'm wrong and I'll gladly remove this review but if you look at the pictures it doesn't look real to me 1st pic you can see what should be a petal but looks and feels like paper 2nd pic is just total damage Again prove me wrong and I'll remove this review

I ordered a necklace as an anniversary gift and it was a horrible experience! Half the diamonds were missing, the clasp was broken, and it didnt even look how it shouldve! When I attempted to return it the customer service was terrible, aggressively asking me if I wanted an exchange instead of just giving me my money back for your cheap jewelry! If you want some low quality stuff then youre better off going to the Walmart jewelry counter

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I purchased a simple gold necklace (with diamond pendant) for my grandmother for her birthday- loved it. and within 3 days of her wearing it, her neck turned green. Thinking it was a skin reaction with her, I took the necklace to a pawn shop to see how much I would receive only to find out the gold and diamond were fake. I do not recommend taking your money to this place.
