Eric is very friendly, reasonable and will not rip u off or low ball you. He is very honest and if what you are selling is literally not worth the amount he is able to give he will tell you that you are better off keeping it for yourself or you can try another store and see what they have to offer if they give you more he said take it and run but if not and you absolutely need the money bring it back to him and he will give you what he offered just to help you out. Half the time he doesn't even want the stuff. The majority of it gets donated but he is a very reasonable honest businessman and I will not do business with anyone else after meeting Eric.
