Had my wedding ring (previously my fathers) rhodium dipped. The nice attendants took care of me but said the inscription on the inside my parents had would stay. When I received the ring and it was gone they said there was no inscription. I felt misled and wondered if it was still my fathers ring. I am giving them 2 stars because they were nice when taking my business but I will not return.

A 5/5 experience all around. Brought two watches in there for sizing and battery replacement and the service was quick and affordable. Not to mention the staff was incredibly friendly! I will definitely be coming back!
