Elauwit Connection

We had wifi issues for a full three weeks. Multiple agents were very unhelpful with our issues and didnt understand any of our problems despite our daily messages. Dillyn was the only helpful member who listened to our concerns, gave us proper answers, and fixed the problem. Without him this team is genuinely so unhelpful.

If I could give it zero stars I would. They messed up our service almost a month ago and despite me reaching out daily for it to be fixed, they havent made an ounce of progress. They keep telling me to reset my password, which we have done at least 5 times now. Clearly that is not the solution so I have been asking for someone to actually take action, yet nobody will. When I ask them to tell me specifics of what theyre doing to remedy the situation, they say were escalating it ok??? What are you actually DOING though? A month without services and no compensation for our suffering is actually insane; I am telling everyone around me to never use elauwit ever.
