Ms. Lewis was so wonderful! We came prepared with our paperwork and other necessities for international drivers licenses and were in and out in under 10 minutes. Based on others reviews, we parked where we could see our car and had no issues.

Waiting 3 hours, in the street, for a batery jump, with several confirming messages technician in his way or 2 blocks away. When technician finally arrived, stated he had just received the service call, 2 stars for him, 0 stars for sevice.

I blew out a tire across the street from this location and Karen and Patrice helped get me taken care of. Im not even a AAA member, and they still treated me with respect, empathy, and compassion. Their customer service is unmatched. Thank you!

Car was broken into upon completion, parked across the street in sidewalk after it was done. I assume it was left unlocked, no broken windows but lots of things stolen. AAA did not seem to care at all and said its been happening lately.

I do not recommend bringing your car here, but if you have no other choice definitely DO NOT leave anything in your car. This is something they should be telling all of their customers. They seemingly dont lock the cars and the lot is not at all protected so its essentially a free for all. When I picked my car up I was very nonchalantly informed that it had been rummaged through. I would like to say that Karen was great and Im grateful for her continuous contact with me! She made me feel prioritized and was very nice every time I talked to her.
