Worst customer service ever . Call and call and call their payment system is down , then finally make your payment . Guess what ? Now they have sent it to dmv , now u have no dl , reg or plates yip all suspended because of a so called glitch in their system ? Call for verification , they say it's been sent for cont coverage. Still nothing rcd by dmv . Worst ever to deal with in 30 years

I have used Michael for numerous policies from home owners to business liability to workers compensation. He is extremely knowledgeable about what types of coverage we need and don't need. Very responsive, often responds to my emails within a couple of minutes.

I was quoted one price when I started. The quote increased by $10 because they had non drivers on my policy that did not live in my household. My rate increased by $40 when my one year renewal came around. I had no accidents or tickets during my year with them. The owner said that every insurance company in the state of PA took on rate increases which, in turn, trickles down to us. Their yearly rate increase percentage is low but the I still found lower quotes with larger auto insurance companies. They also have many additional fees that other auto insurance companies do not have such as a cancellation fee. I will say that Michael genuinely tried to maintain a positive rapport. I would have given another star if there was an online portal that gave me more visibility of my policy instead of the stacks of papers I have for them. Great customer service. High rates.
