        AVOID THIS COMPANY! very slow loading no detention paid 2 tarps destroyed because of their load.

        Placed and order July 2022 and we were told it would ship 1/2023. Followed up 1/2023 and we were now told it was pushed back to 2/2023. We've been trying to get in contact with them regarding the status of this order and not only do they not reply to emails they don't return calls either. We have a lot on the line for this order and no one is giving any updates.

        By far the worst customer service. Ive called this company, was placed on hold, and the provider answered the phone did not say a word for over 5 mins.I could hear the agent typing away but wouldnt say a word.
